In this lively role, you will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing details while adhering to phone etiquette standards. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly. Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Assist with guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations to enhance their stay. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a strong background in customer service. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Previous hotel experience, particularly at the front desk or in guest services roles, is preferred. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently. Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm. A positive attitude combined with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
