Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the resort or hotel Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance their experience Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest services and resolve issues swiftly Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing information Support multilingual guests by communicating fluently in multiple languages or providing translation assistance when needed Requirements Previous hotel or resort front desk experience is highly preferred Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with guests from various backgrounds Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hospitality systems or front desk software is a plus A genuine passion for hospitality and guest relations, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
