Front Desk Agent

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills, be proficient in handling guest inquiries, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their stay. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Handle phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information as needed. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Assist with reservations and booking modifications as required. Uphold the highest standards of guest relations and hospitality management throughout every interaction. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Familiarity with hotel management systems is advantageous. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
