Apply Front Desk Agent Portland, ME Apply Job Type Full-time Description The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth and pleasant stay experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Process check-ins and check-outs accurately using the hotel management system Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions in Portland, Maine Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Handle cash, billing, and payment processing securely Uphold brand standards associated with Hilton Worldwide Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (experience with hotel software is a plus) Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Benefits Competitive hourly wage Employee discounts at Hilton properties worldwide Opportunities for career growth and advancement Paid time off (for eligible employees) Apply View All Jobs
