The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Handle guest inquiries, requests promptly and professionally. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available. Utilize phone systems to answer calls, make reservations, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Solid computer literacy with the ability to navigate various software applications. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to operate phone systems and handle guest interactions professionally.
