Front Desk Agent (3PM-11PM / Part-Time)

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team Part-Time for the evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest check-ins/check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth front desk operations during the shift.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a warm and professional manner Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly Maintain accurate guest records and billing information Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments Balance cash drawer and complete shift reports Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain clean and organized Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge;

experience is a plus Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
