Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences by managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your ability to communicate effectively, multitask efficiently, and provide outstanding customer service will help create memorable stays for our guests. Whether working during the day or night shifts, your dedication will ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction at every turn. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction. Manage multi-line phone systems to answer reservations, questions, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and payments using hotel management software. Conduct night audits when scheduled, reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved promptly. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming environment for all visitors. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to assist diverse guests are a strong plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest relations. Familiarity with front desk procedures, hotel management systems, and multi-line phone systems. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor in person and over the phone. Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments is advantageous. $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
