This vital role involves managing front desk operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth communication, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to create a positive first impression for visitors and clients alike. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, establishing a professional and friendly atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously Handle front desk responsibilities including check-ins, appointments, and visitor sign-ins Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage office supplies inventory Utilize computer skills to operate Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office management tools Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and proofreading documents Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email Skills Proven experience with office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist in medical or dental settings preferred Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Exceptional phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and customer support calls Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus for handling basic financial tasks Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is beneficial for understanding specialized workflows Join us as a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming voice of our organization!
