Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a friendly, professional manner Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and cashiering procedures Manage customer drop-off and pick-up efficiently, ensuring all details are correct Process dry cleaning and laundry orders with attention to detail and timeliness Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area, including organizing supplies and sanitizing surfaces Provide information about services offered, including hospitality options and special requests Support the production team with general duties to uphold high standards of quality and presentation Experience Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math proficiency for handling cash and making change accurately Experience with dry cleaning or laundry services is a plus but not mandatory Ability to perform light cleaning duties and maintain a tidy work environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with a team-oriented mindset This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow within the company.
