''CLOUDBEDS'' experience is a big plus... Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face of our establishment! This energetic role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient operations, and seamless communication. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable stay. We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about hospitality management and guest relations. This paid position provides valuable hotel experience and the chance to develop your skills in customer service, multilingual communication, and hotel operations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
NO POOL AT THIS LOCATION. NO CASH HANDALING.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction Maintain accurate reservation records, check-in/check-out procedures, and billing transactions Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure operational accuracy Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs efficiently Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat visits Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is preferred Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy Exceptional guest relations skills to foster positive interactions and resolve issues proactively Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality can shine! Pay:
$14.50 - $16.00 per hour
