Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Counter Associate to join our team! In this vital customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing exceptional service while efficiently managing daily operations at the front desk. If you enjoy working with customers in a fast-paced environment and take pride in staying organized, we'd love to meet you! Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a friendly, professional manner Handle cashiering duties including cash handling and processing payments using the point-of- sale system Answer phone calls and assist customers with questions Check in and tag dry cleaning and laundry orders accurately by inspecting garments thoroughly Communicate with production staff to ensure customer orders are completed correctly and on time Organize complete orders for pick-up Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area and ensure all workspaces are organized and sanitary Assist with heavy lifting of laundry loads or garments as needed, following proper manual handling procedures Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction Skills Experience hospitality environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting when necessary Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Experience with cashiering systems or cash register operations preferred Attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail-oriented work ethic with the ability to multi-task Join us to be part of a lively team committed to delivering top-notch service while honing your skills in a fast-paced environment.
