Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have experience in front desk operations, possess strong guest relations skills, and demonstrate a commitment to hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Process reservations and cancellations using hotel management software. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information. Qualifications Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests. A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.
