Front Desk Agent

## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. ## Responsibilities

• Greet guests and efficiently process check-ins and check-outs
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area
• Assist guests with reservations, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
• Manage phone calls and reservations with accuracy and courtesy
• Perform night audit duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ## Requirements
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Knowledge of hospitality management practices
• Strong guest relations skills
• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus Opera Experience will be a big Plus.
