In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and managing guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive environment that keeps guests returning time and again. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and efficient check-in process while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and professionally. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing needs, resolving issues, and offering local recommendations to enhance their stay. Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management review. Assist with guest relations by handling complaints diplomatically and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Support hotel management in daily operations, including coordinating reservations and managing front desk activities during peak hours or night shifts. Uphold hospitality standards by adhering to hotel policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest relations, night audit procedures, and front desk operations. Excellent phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems to handle multiple inquiries efficiently. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Previous hotel experience involving guest services, resort environments, or hospitality management is desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to support 24/7 hotel operations.
