Job Summary As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the welcoming face of our hospitality team, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and efficient operations. Your energetic and friendly approach will ensure every guest feels valued, comfortable, and eager to return. You will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with various hotel departments to uphold our high standards of hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to enhance personalized service Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy overnight Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs swiftly and seamlessly Uphold hotel policies on phone etiquette, guest confidentiality, and safety protocols at all times Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is highly preferred Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in multiple languages is advantageous Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is beneficial Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations enhances your ability to succeed in this role Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest relations while maintaining professionalism under pressure Join us as a Guest Service Agent and be part of a dynamic team committed to creating extraordinary experiences for every guest.
