Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring each guest feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will help create a seamless and memorable stay for every visitor. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills while delivering top-tier customer service in a vibrant resort environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency. Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and effective communication. Maintain accurate reservation records, process check-ins/check-outs, and update guest information efficiently. Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly. Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points, conducting safety checks, and managing guest relations with professionalism. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel security protocols. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
