In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your enthusiasm and hospitality management skills will help create memorable stays for our guests. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued, as you will handle diverse guest needs with professionalism and warmth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where guest relations and customer service are at the forefront of everything we do. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, answering inquiries promptly with excellent phone etiquette Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all details are accurate and complete Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience Support guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and professionally Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse guests effectively Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays due to open availability Excellent communication skills with proper phone etiquette Experience in resort or hotel environments preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Front Desk Agent Open Availability and become an integral part of creating welcoming experiences for our guests!
