In this energetic role, you will be the welcoming face of our resort, ensuring smooth check-ins, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining guest relations with enthusiasm and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management, guest services, and hospitality operations while working in a lively environment that values your contributions. Whether you're bilingual or multilingual, your communication skills will help create memorable stays for our diverse guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive guest relations Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software Support night audit processes by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy during overnight shifts Uphold phone etiquette standards and provide clear communication to guests and team members at all times Assist with front desk operations including room assignments, key issuance, and guest information updates Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software is a plus Knowledge of hospitality management principles, guest services best practices, and hotel operations is advantageous Experience working in a resort or hospitality environment will help you excel in this role This is an exciting opportunity for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality!
