In this pivotal role, you will deliver exceptional guest services, manage front desk operations, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for our guests' stay, creating memorable experiences from the moment they arrive. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage multi-line phone systems with courtesy and efficiency, handling inquiries and reservations Check guests in and out swiftly while ensuring all details are accurate and complete Assist guests with questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance their stay Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area to uphold a welcoming environment Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts, balancing transactions, and preparing reports as needed Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs efficiently Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably within resort or hotel settings Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Familiarity with front desk software systems and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel management practices, including night audit procedures and guest services protocols Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential Join us as a Hospitality Front Desk Representative and become an integral part of creating extraordinary guest experiences!
