Conference & Guest Services Coordinator

Creative Dining Services is seeking a PartTime Conference & Guest Services Coordinator for the Haworth Hotel, a 48room boutique hotel in downtown Holland on Hope Colleges campus.

This role manages guest reservations, meetings, and hospitality events while supporting daily hotel operations and guest service.

ResponsibilitiesActs as a point of contact for guest inquiries, reservations, and events.

Supports the Catering Manager by performing catering and bartending duties as required for events.

Handles administrative and reporting tasks in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Assists the General Manager with scheduling, compliance, operations, and continuous process improvementEnsures high guest satisfaction and adherence to safety and company policies. Checks on room set-ups, audio-visual, and special requests to assure space is properly configured per guest, and that amenities are as ordered.

Physical Demands/Work EnvironmentHandson position requiring physical work in support of conference center operations. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Work may occur in hot, cold, or humid environments and may occasionally require extended or flexible hours based on operational needs.
