We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Handle reservations and cancellations with attention to detail
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
- Perform night audit duties as required
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Skills:
- Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
