Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor

```Duties```

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously
• Operate the phone system to answer, screen, or forward calls as necessary
• Assist with reservations and cancellations, ensuring accuracy of bookings
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of night audit procedures is an advantage
• Familiarity with guest services and guest relations best practices
