As the first point of contact, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring prompt and courteous responses. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software. Assist guests with check-out procedures, billing questions, and special requests to enhance their stay. Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Conduct night audits when scheduled, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to support hotel operations. Support guest services by providing local information, directions, and assistance with amenities or services offered on-site. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world. Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software to streamline check-in/out processes. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel operations is a plus. Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments dedicated to guest satisfaction.
