Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk working during 2nd and 3rd shifts! In this energetic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth front desk operations during evening and overnight hours. Your enthusiasm, hospitality expertise, and multilingual skills will create memorable experiences for our guests, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and handle all front desk transactions with professionalism. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay. Maintain guest records accurately using hotel management software; process payments securely and issue receipts. Address guest concerns promptly, resolve issues effectively, and escalate complex matters to management when necessary. Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and prepare reports for management review. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming environment for all visitors. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred; prior hotel experience is highly valued. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests are a strong plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude; ability to handle multiple tasks calmly during busy periods. Knowledge of front desk procedures, guest services, and hotel management systems; experience with night audit processes is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a resort or hotel environment; commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
