Hours•3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am•Possibly some mornings 7am-3pm We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a dynamic team. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls with professionalism, and route inquiries efficiently. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading of documents. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings. Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software to perform clerical duties. Handle customer support inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and provide prompt assistance. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies to ensure a tidy workspace. Skills Proven experience in front desk or office administration roles with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools. Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and effective communication style. Experience with clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and document management. Knowledge of office management procedures including calendar management and time management techniques.
