This role is much more than answering phones and checking guests in—it's about building relationships, creating exceptional guest experiences, and confidently recommending services and retail products that meet our guests' needs. The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and comfortable working in a goal-oriented sales environment. If you enjoy connecting with people, exceeding expectations, and contributing to business growth through service and sales, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes. Build rapport with guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Consistently recommend and upsell salon services, memberships, packages, and retail products. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall team sales performance. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to guest inquiries professionally and efficiently. Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately. Maintain merchandising displays and promote current retail and service offerings. Handle cash transactions and balancing procedures with accuracy. Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional guest experience and drive business growth. Required Qualifications Customer service experience required. Sales experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable initiating conversations, making recommendations, and asking for the sale. Professional phone etiquette and confidence interacting with guests in person and over the phone. Outgoing, positive personality with a passion for helping people. Reliable transportation. Strong attendance and punctuality. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a salon, spa, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing sales environment. Experience working with sales goals, commissions, memberships, or retail product sales. Bilingual abilities are highly valued but not required.
