Whether managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, your proactive approach will be vital to our success. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, addressing guest questions and reservations promptly. Handle guest requests and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring swift resolution to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software. Conduct night audits by reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy. Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards and resolve any issues swiftly. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for professional guest interactions. Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
