Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves delivering exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented approach Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information promptly Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating via multi-line phone systems or in person Assist with guest relations initiatives to foster loyalty and positive reviews Support overall front desk operations during peak hours or night shifts as needed Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately and efficiently Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of resort operations and guest relations best practices Familiarity with phone etiquette standards within a hospitality setting Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on guest satisfaction Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels at home!
