Job Description

A company built on principles of integrity and excellence is looking for an experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent will be the first impression for many visitors to our business, so we are looking for energetic, friendly and highly personable individuals who enjoy dealing with people and can handle a high volume of work. We offer a competitive salary, benefits package and career opportunities, and we're open to considering a number of different candidates for this position.
Responsibilities:
Check guests in and out. Answer questions and direct guests to locations within the hotel. Greet customers, answer phones and handle inquiries. Carry out basic housekeeping duties like restocking towels, making beds and vacuuming rooms. Offer suggestions for activities in the area. Clean hotel rooms. Answer phones and greet customers, using sales techniques to sell room reservations and other services.
