Compnay Overview Located on the way to Oval Beach, and overlooking the Kalamazoo River, The Beachway Resort along with our sister property, The BaySide Inn, are looking to add a few individuals to fill in our summer staff. All positions require a positive attitude, reliable transportation, dependability and ability to work effectively with a team. H ousekeeeping

• $15•$16/ hour plus guaranteed tips, and drinks and snacks provided.

Hours are from 9am

• 4pm. Sunday availability is a must, but can work around other days and can be somewhat flexible with hours. Position requires cleaning hotel rooms, apartments and suites
• with an eye for detail and efficiency.

General upkeep of the outdoor areas, wiping down tables, and watering flowers Laundry duties Monitor rooms for any damage or maintenance needs and report them to management. Interact with guests in a warm, professional manner. Support the team and help with other tasks as assigned. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. This is a part time position with the opportunity for more hours and overtime. Front Desk staff

• $17•$19/hr + $75 per overnight shift.

Desk shifts are a 24 hour shift with private area for sleeping. This is NOT a live in position. Shifts are paid hourly from 3pm

• 10pm and then again the following day from 8am-3pm.

The time from 10pm-8am is paid at a flat rate of $75, and though you are required to be onsite, a room with kitchen, private bath and bed are provided and you are able to sleep. Taking reservations, checking guests in and out and being available for questions during business hours. light cleaning and office work. Attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills are a must. .
