Front Desk Agent-AM Shift (7am-2:30pm)

Job Summary As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their stay. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions accurately. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. What We're Looking For A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software (preferred but not required) Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
