In this vibrant role, you'll be the welcoming face of our resort, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, providing information, and ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries and reservations efficiently Check guests in and out swiftly while verifying reservation details and processing payments accurately Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues with a positive attitude and effective communication Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures when working overnight shifts Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Familiarity with night audit procedures and guest services best practices Exceptional phone etiquette and professional appearance to represent our brand positively Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience, tact, and enthusiasm Previous experience working in resort environments or luxury hotels is preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a difference!
