Job Description

As a Front Desk Agent at Baymont Inn and Suites, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient check-in process. This role is vital in upholding our reputation for outstanding customer service and hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with promptness and courtesy. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and filing as needed. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance guest experience. Support the management team in implementing hotel policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Bilingual abilities are an asset for communicating with diverse guests. Proficient in office management practices and clerical duties. Ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and courteously.
