The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in creating memorable experiences for our guests while managing front desk operations efficiently. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software. Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about hotel services. Assist guests with their needs, including room service requests, directions, and local recommendations. Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality of information. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Resolve any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner to enhance guest relations. Experience Previous experience in a front desk role within a hotel is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is preferred. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
