Job Description
Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be able to handle the duties of front desk and have flexible availability. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experiences Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling guest requests, reservations, and inquiries Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive stay experience Support hotel management with night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions when needed Uphold high standards of hospitality management by ensuring guest services are delivered seamlessly and efficiently Experience Previous hotel or resort experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with front desk operations and guest services Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel management systems enhances your ability to excel in this role Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling guest relations in a fast-paced environment A background in hospitality or hotel experience that showcases your dedication to guest satisfaction and attention to detail Ability to perform light housekeeping duties while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor Join our Fairfield by Marriott team and get the opportunity to deliver outstanding hospitality while working in a dynamic environment that vales professionalism, teamwork and guest satisfaction.
