This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and effective communication. Your ability to handle front desk operations efficiently will contribute significantly to our guests' experiences. •Looking for reliable staff that we can depend on•Responsibilities Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high standards of guest relations. Handle phone calls using multi-line phone systems, providing information and assistance as needed. Conduct night audits to ensure accuracy in billing and financial reporting. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and welcoming for guests. Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications while adhering to hotel policies. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance their stay. Uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality by providing personalized service to all guests. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit procedures and financial reporting is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in resort or hospitality settings is advantageous.
