Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet Hotel Guests, Clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls efficiently, and handle messages accurately Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Basic administrative functions Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions promptly and maintaining positive communication at all times Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications, Opera Experience desired, not required Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to ensure clear and professional communication Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Previous hospitality or clerical experience Knowledge of office management practices along with administrative experience in a professional setting Customer service skills that emphasize patience, clarity, and professionalism in all interactions Treat all of our guests with a friendly, welcoming, positive attitude Join our team to be the friendly face that keeps Hotel Guests very happy!
