• Part Time Fairfield Inn & Suites Minneapolis North Join our hospitality team at Fairfield Inn & Suites Minneapolis North! We are currently seeking friendly, dependable, and guest-focused individuals for a Part-Time Front Desk Agent position. Weekend availability is required. Schedule we are looking to fill: Friday 4 PM
• 11 PM Sunday
• Monday 7 AM
• 4

PM Position Responsibilities:

Welcome and check guests in and out efficiently Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns Answer phones and assist with reservations Process payments and handle card transactions Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and multitasking skills Basic computer knowledge Reliable attendance and positive attitude Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
