Guest Services Recreation Team Member

Guest Services-Recreation Team Member Role:

As a part of the Recreation team, you will put your customer service and facilitation expertise to work here at our year-round conference center. In this role you will facilitate recreational activities, provide face-to-face customer service, maintain recreational equipment/grounds and work areas as well as provide guest transportation.

What you'll do: Provide instruction for recreational activities such as: Trap, Archery, Boating, Fishing and Snowmobiling Facilitate team building programs and activities Maintain cleanliness/upkeep of all recreation equipment, grounds, trails and structures Work and communicate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our guests Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance such as leaves, tree debris and snow removal

Job Requirements:

Experience:

2+ years in customer service, hospitality, recreation, or retail; resort or club experience a plus Must have experience operating watercraft, snowmobiles and small equipment Good communication and organizational skills Must be able to work outside during all seasons.
