Front Desk Associate

The Nichols Inn of Red Wing is an independent limited service hotel servicing Red Wing since 2005 . We are looking for friendly staff with strong customer service skills to work the front desk. The position requires good communication skills, attention to details and great customer service skills. Previous hotel experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude. The responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to: Answering telephone calls Making reservations Checking in guests and processing payment Checking out guests Overseeing operations during shift Breakfast setup/clean up Keeping the lobby looking clean and organized Must be able to understand and complete overnight audit Evening (3pm-11pm) and overnight (11pm-7am) shifts available.
