In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with excellent service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures. Answer phone calls promptly and handle inquiries with professionalism. Manage reservations and ensure accurate guest information is recorded. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available. Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them efficiently. Perform night audits as required to ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus but not required. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is beneficial.
