Knowledge of Choice systems a plus Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences to enhance personalized service. Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold hotel standards. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Experience in night audit procedures and handling guest accounts. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
