Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage efficient check-in and check-out processes using hotel management systems. Handle guest inquiries with enthusiasm, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance their stay. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering calls promptly and directing them appropriately. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating excellent customer service skills to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain security protocols by monitoring the premises during evening hours, including surveillance checks and access control. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and facilities are in optimal condition for arriving guests. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong focus on guest relations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor; ability to handle challenging situations gracefully. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations is a plus. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear verbal interaction. Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments will be advantageous.
