In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their experience begins with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will set the tone for memorable stays, making every guest feel valued and cared for. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering exceptional guest services in a vibrant resort environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and smooth transitions. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, responding promptly to inquiries and reservations. Manage guest requests and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to confidentiality standards. Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Provide comprehensive guest services including concierge assistance, local information, and special requests to elevate the guest experience. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise. Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous.
