Job Description

Echo Bluff Lodge is nestled alongside Sinking Creek with expansive, breathtaking views of the park's namesake, Echo Bluff. The beautiful lodge overlooks a one-of-a-kind panorama that amazes all! We offer cabin and lodge guest rooms, retail gift sales and the Creekside Grill. We're looking for a friendly, customer service driven Front Desk Associate to join our team!
Position Summary:
The Front Desk Associate will provide hospitality to all guests and visitors in addition to front desk duties involving efficient and timely reservations, check-ins / check-outs. Be an effective information resource regarding Park attractions and items of interest.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to all guests and provide relevant information about the park and lodge Display a positive and pleasant demeanor Handle guest reservations and room assignments Keep front and back office areas organized and clean Prepare daily deposit, drop receipts and follow all company cash handling procedures Follow all specified procedures to audit the shift closing Balance, audit for accuracy and transmit credit card batches
Position Requirements:
Must be able to work both day and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays. Provide excellent customer service Present a positive image of the company in an upbeat, professional manner Ability to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, in a positive way, with many different personality styles Basic computer skills
Knowledge and Experience:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience:
