Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
Bookkeeping:
keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information Mitigate customer complaints as needed Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure a seamless check-in process. Manage guest reservations and account information accurately and efficiently. Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a pleasant stay. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment. Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity daily.
Qualifications:
Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems About Company Structure Hospitality is growing.
