  • Oversee front desk operations and step in as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates alike.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy, warmth, and just the right amount of charm.
  • Support and train new front desk team members—you're the friendly coach they'll thank later.
  • Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally (bonus points if they leave smiling).

  • Customer service experience
  • You've got the people skills and patience to keep things running smoothly.
  • Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred)
  • This isn't your first rodeo, and it shows.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Because communication, math, and common sense are key.
  • Tech savvy enough to use hotel systems with confidence
  • No one wants to be stuck at the front desk with a frozen screen.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet
