Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk and become the welcoming face of our establishment! This energetic role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth hotel operations. As the first point of contact, you will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, provide outstanding customer service, and manage reservations with enthusiasm. Your proactive approach will help create memorable stays for our guests while supporting the daily functions of our hotel. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain service standards Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, arrivals, departures, and incident reports to support operational needs Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in front desk operations or hotel experience preferred Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a passion for guest satisfaction Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and reservation software Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear verbal interactions Familiarity with resort environments and guest relations strategies to create welcoming atmospheres Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a real difference!
