Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vibrant role, you will be the welcoming face of our resort, ensuring every guest feels valued, comfortable, and cared for from check-in to check-out. Your exceptional customer service skills and hospitality management expertise will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests returning time and again. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management while delivering outstanding guest relations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with smooth check-in and check-out processes Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities Handle guest requests efficiently, resolving issues with professionalism and a positive attitude Maintain excellent phone etiquette to ensure clear communication with guests and team members Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs swiftly Foster guest relations by offering personalized service, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring a memorable stay Requirements Proven experience in customer service within the hospitality or hotel management industry Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including hotel management systems and guest services procedures Experience with night audit processes or resort operations is a plus Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional demeanor Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior hotel experience demonstrating hospitality management capabilities is preferred Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering positive relationships in a hospitality setting
Pay:
$15.00 - $15.25 per hour
