Louis Southwest Schedule:
Sunday - Tuesday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Position Overview Spark by Hilton St. Louis Southwest is seeking a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Part-Time Evening Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience while ensuring smooth hotel operations during the evening shift. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm. Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries. Process reservations, room changes, and guest requests. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate cash handling and payment processing procedures. Monitor hotel security and guest safety throughout the shift. Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams. Complete shift reports and ensure a smooth transition to the overnight team. Assist with light administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel management systems. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
